Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive an incorrect product or a product different from your order, you can request an exchange.

  • Exchanges only (no refunds).
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
  • “Change of mind” is not accepted for returns.
  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
    If no claim is made within 24 hours, the order will be considered accepted.

Delivery Policy

Customers must verify the item at the time of delivery.
We strongly advise opening and checking the product in the presence of the delivery staff to ensure it matches the order and arrives in promised condition.

Walk-In Purchase Policy

For in-store or pickup orders, customers should inspect the product in front of the sales representative before completing the purchase.

Accidental Order Policy
